Our integration is an internal operations tool

DesignAndDeliver LLC uses an internal Google Ads operations tool to manage and report on Google Ads accounts for clients who have authorized us to do so. Access is limited to authorized DesignAndDeliver personnel. Clients, the public, and unrelated third parties do not log in to or use this internal tool directly.

Data we may access

Depending on the signed scope and permissions granted, the Google Ads API may provide advertising account identifiers, campaign and ad group settings, budgets, ads and creative assets, keywords, targeting settings, search terms, conversion configuration, recommendations, and performance metrics.

We request only the access reasonably needed to provide the authorized service. Each client’s account is handled separately.

How we use the data

Authorized data may be used to:

• create, review, and update campaigns and related settings;
• monitor delivery, budgets, policy or account issues;
• analyze performance and prepare client reporting;
• investigate errors, maintain security, and support the service;
• meet contractual, legal, or platform-policy obligations.

We do not sell Google user data or use it to build unrelated advertising profiles. We do not use one client’s non-public data to operate another client’s account.

Changes we may make

When a client authorizes campaign management, our internal tool may help authorized personnel create or modify campaign settings, budgets, bids, targeting, ads, assets, and related account configuration. The permitted actions and approval process are governed by the client agreement and the access granted in the advertising platform.

Storage, protection, and retention

We apply access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. We do not publish authentication credentials or tokens, include them in client reports, or commit them to public source repositories. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a work-related need.

We retain account data only while it is reasonably needed for service delivery, security, contractual records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. When access is no longer needed, we revoke or remove it and delete stored credentials in accordance with our operating and legal requirements.

Sharing and service providers

We may use infrastructure, security, communications, and professional service providers that process information for us under appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or with the client’s direction. We do not disclose client account data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Authorization, revocation, and deletion

Clients can change or revoke our manager-account access directly in Google Ads. They may also request access, correction, or deletion of working data by contacting api@designanddelivermedia.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or contractual purposes.

Google API Services User Data Policy

DesignAndDeliver LLC’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
