What we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers information processed through our website, business communications, and paid media services.
Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy describes how DesignAndDeliver LLC (“DesignAndDeliver,” “we,” “us”) handles information about website visitors, people who contact us, prospective and current clients, and individuals whose information is processed as part of an authorized client engagement.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- contact and business information you provide, such as name, work email, company, role, and project details;
- communications, proposals, agreements, billing records, and service correspondence;
- basic technical information generated when you use our site, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and security logs, where collected by our hosting provider;
- advertising account and campaign data a client authorizes us to access, as described in our Data Use Statement.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and provide services, manage client relationships, operate and secure our systems, maintain business records, comply with law and platform policies, and protect our rights and users. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for internal analysis where it does not reasonably identify an individual or client.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use strictly necessary technologies for hosting, security, and basic operation. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law. We do not currently describe a cookie or analytics product that has not been implemented.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, accounting, and professional advice; with advertising platforms as needed to perform authorized services; in a business transaction; when required by law; to protect rights or safety; or at your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including service delivery, security, contractual records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
Google Ads API and Google user data
DesignAndDeliver's internal operations tool uses the Google Ads API only for Google Ads accounts that a client has authorized us to manage. Depending on the agreed scope, the tool may access account identifiers, campaign settings, budgets, ads and assets, keywords, targeting, search terms, conversion configuration, recommendations, and performance metrics.
- Access and use. Access is limited to authorized DesignAndDeliver personnel. We use the data to create and manage campaigns, monitor delivery and policy issues, research keywords and recommendations, analyze performance, and prepare client reporting. Clients and other third parties do not log in to or receive programmatic access to the tool.
- Storage and protection. We retain working data and credentials only where reasonably necessary to provide and secure the authorized service. Access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are applied. We do not publish credentials or tokens or include them in client reports.
- Sharing. We do not sell Google user data, expose it through a public API or wrapper, or disclose it to unrelated third parties for their marketing. Restricted service providers may process data for hosting, security, or communications, and disclosure may occur when required by law or directed by the client.
- Retention and revocation. When access is no longer needed, we revoke or remove credentials and delete stored working data that is no longer required. Limited records may be retained for security, contractual, dispute-resolution, or legal obligations. A client can revoke our manager-account access in Google Ads or request deletion by contacting api@designanddelivermedia.com.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Additional operational detail appears in our Data Use Statement.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires.
International processing and children
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions or requests may be sent to privacy@designanddelivermedia.com.
